Recreational Classes (Ages 5-18)

We offer training to kids of all ages and all skill levels. Our recreational program is designed to take the beginner gymnast and help develop good form and shapes to perform gymnastics skills on every event. We focus on flexibility, shaping, strength, self confidence, and fun. Gymnasts will also learn social skills as they learn to respectfully work in a group, stand in line, listen to their coach, and set and achieve goals.

Girls Gymnastics

Beginner Girls Gymnastics
This class covers the basic skills and shapes in gymnastics and helps build a strong foundation for future skills. Gymnastics terminology is learned along with each skill. Gymnasts will work on vault, bars, beam, and floor. We offer two age groups: 6-8 year olds and 9-11 year olds.

Intermediate Girls Gymnastics
This class continues the development of gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts must either complete our Beginner Girls Gymnastics class or be evaluated and approved to enroll in this class. This class is offered in two separate age groups: 6-8 year olds and 9-11 year olds.

Advanced Girls Gymnastics
Our highest level rec class - gymnasts must either complete our Intermediate Girls Gymnastics class or be evaluated and approved to enroll in this class. We have two age groups offered for this class: 6-8 year olds and 9+.

Gym Jam (Ages 12+)
This class combines skills from our Beginner and Intermediate class for our middle and high school aged students. Gymnasts will utilize vault, bars, beam and floor to work basic gymnastics and tumbling skills.

Boys Gymnastics
Our boys gymnastics class provides the basics on floor, vault, rings, pommel horse, parallel and high bar. We currently offer Beginner classes for ages 6-8.

Tumbling

Our tumbling classes work on everything from forward rolls to back handsprings! Students have access to our trampoline, tumbl trak, rod floor, and spring floors to safely practice their tumbling skills. We offer multiple classes for ages 9-11; an evaluation is required to join our class for ages 12+
