Our recreation program are created to take the beginner gymnast and help develop good form and shapes to perform gymnastics skills. We focus on flexibility, shaping, strength, self confidence, and fun. From toddlers 18 months and up, we have a program for you. Gymnastics is a great way to target all the muscle groups building overall strength. It helps build coordination and body awareness. Gymnasts will learn social skills as they learn to respectfully work in a group, stand in line, listen to the coach, set and achieve goals. Gymnastics is a great sport to teach kids work ethic. Not all skills are mastered on the first try and take practice to get right. We have some of the best coaches in the state to help guide your gymnast to follow their dreams.
Tuition is due monthly. There is a once a year registration fee of $26.50 (tax is included). If you are planning to drop a class the office requires a 2 week notice. Once enrolled in a class, please contact the office to transfer to another class.
What to wear to class: If you gymnast has a leotard, that is the gyms first choice. A tight fitting shirt, leggings with no zippers or buttons will also work. For safety, please have hair tied back and out of the face. No necklaces or earrings that dangle.
