Advanced Gymnastics offers two great competition programs. 

One program is the USA Gymnastics Developmental Program - we train levels 1-10.  This program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. Practice time and days are all based on levels.

The other competitive program we offer is USA Gymnastics Xcel.  We train Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The Xcel Program offers individual flexibility to gymnasts and coaches.  The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. Our Xcel team practices 2-3 times a week.
